At Crown & Glory Studio, we value your time and appreciate your trust in us for your hair and scalp care needs. We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be adjusted. While we strive to offer flexibility, we also ask for respect for our time and business. Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require prepayment for future appointments. Late Arrivals • If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling at the stylist’s discretion. The cancellation fee may apply. Emergency & Grace Policy We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. If you need to cancel due to a true emergency, please reach out, and we will handle it with grace on a case-by-case basis.
